SUPERB SERVICE !
I went in to get fingerprinting. A week later when I was sending the prints in, I realized I forgot to get a form filled out. I went back, the lady recognized me, and she happily filled it out for free. It's a tiny little shop, but it's convenient, free parking, and excellent customer service. I imagine if you needed color printing, or if you were doing a project of any sort, she would be happy to help you with planning, layout, etc.

TERRIFIC !
I needed to get fingerprinting and was directed to Image City by the local FBI office. I was a bit hesitant, since fingerprinting is a specialized job and I was unsure whether Image City would be able to do a sufficiently good enough. I decided to try the company based on the reviews I read here. I needed not to worry. Nancy did an outstanding job and all six fingerprinting cards turned out perfectly. I would recommend her polite and friendly service without reservation. There is parking within the complex and Nancy will validate your parking ticket.
